Introduction
Under our Delta Tech Group, Grille roller shutter can be in aluminium or stainless steel finishing. It is widely used for security because of its light weight, corrosion resistance properties yet retaining solid strength for security. With its unique feature further allow excellent air circulation and vision. It is commonly installed in places such as shop houses, MRT, industrial, stalls, HDB and building entrances.

Assembly
Shutter Curtain
They are formed by the interlocking of an aluminum strip which can be powder coated with clear UV protected polycarbonate panels (300x87) mm.
Side Guides
They were a box of overall nominal dimensions 80x75mm with a lipped opening for the curtain slats. They were fabricated from two folded sections of a nominally 2.3mm thick electro-galvanized sheet.
Bottom Bar
The bottom bar is extruded aluminum T bottom bar.
Roller Barrel
It consists of a heavy-duty steel tube. The drive assembly is made up of steel circular plates fitted to the steel shaft with bearings supported at both ends.
Shutter Hood
The frame is fabricated from steel sections with 0.7mm electro-galvanized steel sheet cover. It conceals the shaft assembly.
Shutter Operation
Motor
Shutter operator is equipped with a built-in limit switch, built-in thermal protector, built-in brake release system, manual hand chain, and one unit of 3-ways push button switch with cylinder push button box. In the event of power failure, the shutter can be operated manually by pulling the hand chain. The power source is single phase 230V or 3-Phase 415V, 50Hz.

Operating System
Motorized roller shutter can be operated by using the push button, which is located approximately 1.5metres above floor level without counterbalance system.
Manual Hand Chain
The hand chain is provided to manually operate the roller shutter curtains in times of power or motor failure. It consists of a gear reduction chain block.
